Raylyst Installer Day: The First Edition of a Unique Event Bringing Together PV Installers and Experts

The first-ever RAYLYST INSTALLER DAY 2024 is officially behind us, and it was a resounding success. This groundbreaking event welcomed our clients to the stunning Loučeň Castle, where they experienced a day filled with expert presentations and innovative ideas shaping the photovoltaic industry. With 13 speakers across four stages, delivering talks in Czech, English, Italian, and German, the event underscored the importance of knowledge-sharing on both local and international scale.

Industry Leaders and Expert Insights

The day brought together renowned figures from the photovoltaic sector. Experts like Jiří Bím from the Czech Solar Association and Jan Fousek of the Energy Storage Association (AKU-BAT CZ) provided invaluable insights into the latest industry developments. Representatives from Huawei—Paola Marchesani, Liesa Zhou, and Marek Konečný—introduced their newest innovations, reinforcing their commitment to advancing photovoltaic technology.

Government representatives also played a key role in the discussions. Ondřej Tomšej from the Ministry of Industry and Trade outlined the outlook for the near future, while Václav Kallus from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized opportunities linked to the restoration of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure—an essential topic in today’s geopolitical context.

Spotlight on Cybersecurity

A special focus was given to cybersecurity, a growing priority in the photovoltaic sector. Michal Petřek, Raylyst’s Head of Innovations, introduced the Cybersecurity Academy—a pioneering project designed to build trust in PV components. This initiative supports installation companies and offers specialized education, ensuring the industry is prepared to tackle emerging cybersecurity challenges.

The event’s success was made possible through the support of our partners, particularly Huawei, whose collaboration was instrumental in making the day exceptional. Special thanks also belong to all the speakers for their expertise and, of course, to every participant who joined us. Together, we have set a new standard for collaboration and innovation in the photovoltaic industry, paving the way for a brighter and greener future.
